Horton starts off 2023 at Boyd's Speedway for Cabin Fever event
Austin Horton began his 2023 season with a trip to Boyd's Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) for the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series Cabin Fever.
With 32 Late Models in the pits, Horton locked in a feature spot with the third-quickest lap in his qualifying group. For the $5,000 payday, Austin held down the final podium spot for much of the feature before dropping out with just seven laps to go. Horton was scored 20th in the final rundown.
